( Completed ) Las Vegas Project World of Concrete 2012
Information
Those of you who remembered last year at Vegas I sculpted a unique water feature with two outside basalt features.
This year I will be creating another water feature with a really cool twist.
I will be working with Greg and Don at the Walt Tools Booth and we will be doing several things this year.
1.) Water Feature with some unique features.
2.) Water Feature surround with Dry Stack Rock Work
3.) Exposed Stone Back Drop with some free classes ( product demo's) during the show.
We are all gonna have a wonderful time.
If there are any subscribers who want to participate in this event please join this group as I will be posting data and project details ( pictures, VDO and directives ) of the project.
This will be really planned out and will work very smoothly as we are doing a lot of prep work here in Chicago.

After paying very close attention to the details of this project, I couldn't help but notice the surroundings. Assuming this is the dining room of one Nathan Giffin, I couldn't help but focus on the nice arched entry completely untouched by Creative Rock Forming. I always heard the cobbler's children have no shoes. Our hearts go out to you and your barren walls.

LOL...yes indeed the home of Nathan Giffin is you this definition very dull. But in my defense, if I do do anything at least in this house I would end up hating it....we are gonna move I just don't know when ... we we decide to move I may do something...my hearts desire is to do a basement for myself....we don't have one right now but it will be a pre requisite for the next house.

That will be SOME basement, as I can only imagine what level you'll be operating on when that time should come! I have never put any of my work into my own homes either, but have keys to many customer's homes, so I can visit my work whenever I want. That will probably be the case until it's time to retire, and with this work, I hope that's never!

I hope several of you can attend this show and show up early... I will see if I can get extra Vertical Artisans Passes to the show for those who can help out on Sunday and Monday with the construction and carving of this piece.
