Great concept.  A big challenge, but to drag something like this to a home show would be a huge hit.  This is the type of project that enlightens the vision of clients and brings forth many ideas.

thanks don! and believe it or not i have a scaled dwn version that i can dissemble and move drawn out. i am using a few of those ideas on this one also due to the fact that i am renting this home even though it is owned by a close freind i still want something i can dis assemble and remove with alota muscle and only minimal repairs to the walls. and i agree that something like this can hit home for almost anybody any where with a bedroom!

Glad your daughter's o.k. That's some scary stuff, I know. I have one we call the "cat-scan-kid."  He annually requires more emergency medical attention than the other 3 have since birth.  Our last emergency was way out in the sticks, so we handled it in the field with super glue. Works like a charm, even the doctor was impressed later. He didn't even redo anything. Just saying, no first aid kit should be missing super glue.  Anyway, maybe it's time you teach the girl to carve cement, it's safer, she'll be by you, and it's much easier on the curtains!
