We used our CNC foam cutter to cast mold all the trim work. It consisted of wrapping the doorways, chair rail and base. The top above the chair rail was a trowel finish done in vertical concrete custom mix. Below it was a vertical stamp done in a slate texture.This picture was taken before the final color & seal was applied.
