Great Looking Displays, I was thinking about doing the same thing, did you get any leads or work out of it ?

Thanks Ryan. We took over 30 leads and handed out a few hundred brochures and cards. You will generally maintain only 3/4 of the leads that you set at the show....they'll tell you they didn't know what they were signing up for, or a similar excuse, when you follow up with them. From there I usually have about a 30% close ratio, so I expect to land 10 projects, assuming a few calls come in from the other handouts. Home shows are a huge part of our business, especially for my waterproofing co. I strongly recommend getting into the better shows in your area. Thanks Brent I appreciate it. What other services do you offer, you mentioned waterproofing. Is that commercial projects, or basements etc. ?

Most of our business is residential waterproofing and foundation repair (Basements). We do interior and exterior drain tile systems, foundation piering (push & helical), wall anchors, carbon fiber strapping, and if its a real bad foundation, we'll jack the house up and replace it. We do dab in the commercial side, but its generally too cut-throat, so not very profitable. The basement repair co is the "mother-ship", it pays all the bills and allows me to have fun with the StoneMakers co, which is what I enjoy doing the most.  Here's the link to my basement co's website if interested.  www.TriStateBasementRepair.com
