Hi Duncan. Those cuts add dramatism to a well executed work.  Love it !

Would you share what type of stains you used ? Acid, and if so which tones are those two used for the Wood ?

Hi Nelson. I used pro line colorant water base for the wood and silver spay paint brushed on the metal parts . then accent all the wood grain and the patina with an airbrush Viking 2 shadows befor airbrush and sealer. Cheers
