These tops were originally precast and sealed. The customer was tired of the plain light gray look and wanted to stain these tops instead of replacing. We first ground the tops starting with 100 grit diamond pads being careful not to expose the stone. We followed that up with 200 and then 400 grit. The colors we used were all Tru Tint from Walt Tools. I believe I used about 8 different colors. Once that dried we sealed with TI Acri-Thane 250 also from Walt Tools.
