I made this a a few days ago and completed it this afternoon. Hardware cloth frame and some foam inside.

John, i have about 200 hollow stones to make for a nursery.  They want a hole in it to fill with dirt for plants.  Would you be willing to walk me through your entire process?  I need to give them a good price as these will help me have some winter work.

Wow..200 to make.  I'm not sure where I'd begin with that amount of work.    If I had to guess I'd say I have close to $60.00 in this rock not including my time.  I'm sure that can easily be refined if I had a system worked out.  I think

I see you have watched Keith Tutors seven minute rock video.  He also has some dish type rock planter on website (I think I saw it there).  uses the same process I'm sure and will use half the material and take half the time.

If you can get a hold of concrete cloth you can make "the tubs" really quick ...that can be your base and then you can carve on them ....fast turn around and quicker process.
