Tree carving

Hi guys,

I'm redesigning my backyard and one of the things I really want to do is carve a tree; not a strangler fig or a living tree, but a larger, realistic tree.  I'm enrolled in the core courses which I am currently working through, can anyone tell me if tree design, armature and carving is included in another course offered here?  If not, where can I find this information?
