I have a stucco company and I have on hand in bulk sand and Portland, will that tru-pack mix work with what i have?

Yes...the tru-pac mix is normally added to an 80 lb ready mix sack of type s mortar. Therefore you simply batch up a type s mortar with sand, Portland and lime. You want a fine sand to work with.
