Hi Dion, thanks for your response.
I have used 4 feet by 6 feet polystyrene which thickness is 10 inch and polyurethane foam .
in picture wall thickness is almost 20 inch.
This fair stand is made from 12 pieces which I covered already in our warehouse so we need just one hour to build this again.
Two men can easily move these.

Eric, I have used very small granular dry concrete, polymers and 5 to 8 different colors.
