Dion, there are a couple of photos of this process on my web page www.brandellstudios.com under the concrete reef catagory. Basically I carved the column in foam and sprayed it with the rubber and then sprayed over that with a fiberglass chopper gun with steel reinforcing. Yes quite a job. I poured about 30 columns and they are on the bottom of the ocean. I took a look at your work. very impressive. Thanks, Kim
