Hi mike, I have curious fungi or mold of what is covered rock on the surface, I use polyurethane foam to look that over, it is epoxy? ... Is great, congratulations !!

Its all concrete. Just textures and color.

Mike, I mean that have you used for example rebar or polystyrene  inside these rocks.
