This looks horrible! ... just kidding. Your work is amazing mike. Before seeing some of your projects I didnt know carving could be taken to this level. Definitely gonna try lichens on my next carve.
Once again, let's take a look at the old pictures and find this kind of stuff.
Mike, actually I'm wondering how you'll be able to visualize this kind of project.
This is amazing!
Thanks EsaRi, honestly Ive done so much of this style of rock that I just put it in auto pilot and go. I can pretty much guarantee I'm daydreaming about something other than the rock in front of me lol.
Do you work in RI?
RI is Road Island. Thats where that project was but thats the only time Ive been there.
RI is Rhode Island.Where are you from?I live and work here in RI doing stonefinish overlays to house foundations steps, walls etc.You do awesome work.RI is a tough place to get work, money's tight its hard to get $15/sq ft.on most projects. Most people don't even know about stone carving.Only a few of us doing this, cultured stone still popular here, sucks!anyway you ever need help on a job here let me know love to work with ya.
Yea like I said, the zoo their was my only time in RI. I live in Upstate NY near Albany. Your probably 3hours or so from me. I pretty much have to travel on every job. Heading to Ohio in a couple weeks till Xmas.
