Awesome work! Huge job! I am glad you later stated the reason for cease and desist order. The suspense was killing me! I hope you were getting paid as you went. How do you bid something that big?

Actually i did the 1st stage 12 mths earlier on a contract price. So when the 2nd stage come around we all agreed to do hourly rate + materials worked out great for all. Was a shame i couldnt get pics of the rest of the job as it became a legal battle between owner and wife/owner and the developer/ builder, and no contractors were allowed back on site but yes i was paid every week... the house is currently for sale for $25,000,000 at the moment. this house made Television headlines in Australia as the most expensive house.This was back in 2005 and still stands as the most expensive house in Australia and Is still for sale.
