Check into Dyna-Mix. I've used alot of two of their formulas, both a self-leveling and a no-sag one. I had great results for several apps. It's been quite a while since I've purchased any, but imagine they're still around. If you can't locate them, let me know and I'll dig up some info for you.

Your normal sidewalk, patio, pool surround etc. both moving and static cracks.

Thanks for the information, I have used their products also, and have had good results. when I have time, I will tell you of my search for the perfect guaranteed crack repair.
