Fake landscape rock pricing?

Is anyone willing to give your experience and pricing when you build/carve landscape rocks? Hand made rocks are great for those areas that you cannot get equipment to! But I am not sure how to price them? Do I price real rock and installation and then match? Or is there extra $ in this because type of hand made rock because those clients cant get it unless we build it for them? I would really appreciate your insight on this subject. I know that demographics play into the pricing equation, but your advise is helpful.
