Foam core rocks

First time doing a foam core water feature for salt water pool. Would 2lb poly urthane liquid expanding foam be sufficent? Is spider lathe required in the scratch coat? What type of colouring and sealer could be used ? 

Any help would be appreciated .

There is a lot of data on this the Foam Core Class.... 

Ive predominantly used 1 point and 1.5 pound foam  

Not Spray Foam - its just not cost effective 

Spider lath is not required if using Structure Coat ( Fiber and strength present)  if not then yes absolutely 

Coloring and sealer is up to you but I densify in salt conditions.
