1873 front
This beautiful stone work was covered by stucco! The homeowner has been renovating very carefully and repointing all the work. Thought I would share. The eves are all 3x5 Slate cantilevered and stacked stone on top for the roof system. They have it traced back to 1873 but believe it is early 1800s

Excellent referencing picture ..great job! See how much it would take to restore it or replace it with the exact styling.
