Really nice job Henry....I can appreciate the effort as I have carve a few out of wood and created a ceramic one about half the size of yours. It is trickier than most people realize getting a natural curve and keeping all the fins balanced and properly placed.

I've carved various animals and learned right away that you may think you know what an animal looks like until you try to model it in 3D.  Then all of a sudden it's to the computer to look up every photo you can find. Great colors.

Thank you Scott for the compliment. You're right, modeling from every direction can be tricky and I too find that the more reference material you have about what you're trying to create,..the better your final product will be.
