Would the holds anchor into the cinder block than? Did you have any concerns with the abuse the wall would take?

The holds anchor to the cinder block....the wall was acid stained and sealed...it should be able to take abuse. This was a middle school wall at the back of a stage area. No basketball rims in here. Just a long wall that was converted to a play area. The job was around 2001 - 2002 I have never had any complaints.
