Thanks Michael, Johns right its 2 part epoxy with Reflector Enhancement Coffee, Copper a splash of Titanium, I made the top out of light weight concrete, but I did  use a microtopping and color  on the profiled edge

I love that stuff, when you leave a heavy texture it looks even better, I always do a black overlay then add the reflector and epoxy, it reflects back like a mirror, cool chit.
