Dion - the table top weighs over 300#, it is resting on the table frame - no fasteners or adhesive. It's been there about 3 years now and hasn't moved even 1/4". BTW - the table frame is covered with a wood veneer but is actually 2" square steel tubing & 1 1/2" steel angle with the wood applied over the top.

One of the things I really like about this table is you can actually push away from it when you're finished and you move but the table doesn't.

i also have to agree with david i have been pouring countertops and tops for tables and counter tops for about 5 years and i have moved twice on the 2nd move i had a whole outdoor tiki hut style bar with poured tops on everything one weighing in just shy of 700 lbs and only my brother and one true freind would help but we did it!!!
