Are these headstones carved over foam? Halloween and snow just doesn't look right!!!!

It looks depressing but the snow will be gone tomorrow. Just a light snow fall to let you know winter is on it's way. Both headstones were done over foam. I took two 2inch sheets of foam, carved a channel in them and sandwiched two pieces of pvc pipe vertically between them so that they could slide down on the rebar I staked nto the lawn. from there I glued the two sides together. After it was dry I used a primer, covered them with a carve coat, stamped and colored. I did not use a scratch coat to save some weight. As far as the skulls go, I picked them up at a supermarket up here and just glued them to the foam prior to coating.
