Are the bones and skull plastic, attached to the headstone? Or are they concrete? If so, did you make a mold first or carve them?

On this one the skull and cross bones were foam and again I picked them up at a store. For this one I glued them on after the carve coat had cured.

think how I feel, that's my front yard. Thankfully no more forcasted in the near future.
