Sorry about that.. i phone pic after carving all day :) Relief getting better every day. I had a little trouble the first two days with starting and stopping points but I think I have figured that out now. The way I was doing it didn't allow much freedom to design which gave me those four ways Nathan loves. This is my showroom that I am doing. I own a used car dealership and I have planned on doing the whole showroom about 940 sqft but I don't know if I'm going to have time before Jeep season gets here. If you see anything I should do or be aware of please let me know.  I have beat myself up every day seeing things I should of seen while carving.. 4 ways-  weird angles- crazy stones- etc.. I can see an improvement every day so I figured by the time I finish the whole showroom I should be ok at it. One question for you-- my sample board has lightened up a whole since it dried after coloring?  I used some coloring I had for overlays and have wondered if it is that or should I let it dry longer before coloring. Thought about ordering Butterfield or Speeco brand colors to try those.

well terry your doin a great ob so dont worry about early mistakes and stuff as you have found out the more you do it the better and faster and more creative you will get!! and like i said the wall looks great already!! this  should be awesome in a jeep display room!! as for coloring getting light yeah that happens if the rock work isnt pretty dry before you put your color on i did this also when i started out and my colors were deep and awesome looking a week later it was damn near white lol a bit of an exaggeration there but wow what a difference!! i was using concrete earth opus colors when that happend so im pretty sure its not your colors cuz thats good stuff and i have used it since then with great results after giving the water in the cement a cpl days to dry before applying color as the moisture makes everything darker if you dont.  those  are great color brands and dont forget don at walt tools right here on the forum can hook you up with there colors also! i know alot of guys dont believe in using sealers indoors but i find a light spraying of seal krete (cheap and easy to get) can help livin some colors just dont use alot you dont want it shiny just a light spray and let it absorb. again thats just sumthin you can do that i found works for me but it is not needed at all in most cases. hope this helps!
