Thanx for the compliment. It isn't acid stained. This is an Adobe Buff color hardener, with a slightly darker powder release used for stamping. It's all stamped the same color. After 7 days, we saw cut the design and we use our own dye/stain concoction to color the borders and interior saw cuts. Outdoors, a dye will fade. Use iron ore pigments and solvents with a small amount of sealer to color. We find it to easier to control than an acid stain.
