Hey Nathan when you mention about getting the foam outta the area where the grill is I notice in the vdo that it obviously still has to be there for support as its your substrate.

So was wondering if there would be a certain thickness of your mud or something if using foam as your substrate around areas which are going to heat up?

Also have you ever had any problems with the whole heat thing say for stuff like this and fireplaces and so on as far as cracking from the heat expanding the crete?

Thanks mate.

Cut it out, burn it out, de-solve it out... what ever it takes... Space ( 3-5" ) is a great insulator heat will not damage it ... but check it regularly until you know the danger of further melting has passed

Just wanna say thanks for putting on that webinar today Nathan. I got a lot out of it and was great to talk to all involved and have to say I was very  humbled to talk to and get responses by you guys  who I look up to as the big players in this industry haha! Guys like Nathan, Jody, Dion, Josh and Brian.

I was stoked on all your advice and acceptance. Coming across this art form has definitely given me perspective of where I want to go and do and its amazing to have this forum to learn, share and talk to all of you.

Really hope to meet all of you one day soon at 1 of these training events as I'm busting my gut to get over there to attend 1.

In the mean time its practice practice practice and I'm gonna rack all your brains at times haha cheers...

Matt from Oz.... Oh and Nathan ill be sure to stay away from those Box Jelly fish haha...
