on top of my concrete faux door.......some great hardware done with concrete.........It looks old and metallic....but is our loved CONCRETE.

This is amazing! Did you carve/stamp the wood texture first, let dry, then do the concrete hardware? What did you color the hardware with? It has an awesome patina look!

Yes, I did. After all the carving of the wood and the stain, I applied the top concrete for the hardware.....It was so much fun!
