Martin, the mortar/tru-pak we applied here was typically 2" to 2½" thick. Generally we (2 of us) could do 60 - 70 square-feet per day; that was 5-6 hours of production time, including daily prep, clean-out of the previous days carve, staging materials and so forth. The site around the house was pretty rough (bull-rock and mud) so setting ladders and planks and running power took longer than usual. Due to the weather we'd also have to drain all of our hoses and similar chores daily.
