nice job,how come the foundation wasn't overlaid with a stone finish to match? Was the garden wall done by hand or curb machine?

Thanks guys. And ken it was all done by hand. Also the home owners thought it would be too much "stone". However now they want a water feature!

yeah it probably would be.where was this work done?I do work in Rhode Island mostly foundations and steps and its a struggle to get work here,do you price by the sq.ft.I have a question for all you guys on this forum I have trouble getting work pricing it at $15.sq.ft.thats carved textured and colored. They all love my work but after I quote the job I don't get the call backs, the people that do hire me are extremely happy with the work,is my pricing out of line, need advice, getting really frustrated any help would be appreciated.

Most of the pics you see in my photos are solid concrete like the one day wall. Average per sq ft price for me is 30. The bedroom pic is Kirt bag and I bid it at 22 per sq ft. Plus electrical etc. I am out of Delaware. However if I was doing foundation I might drop to 20. My biggest seller is custom carved patios. It is just a bigger market. I just recently impressed a custom home builder and it sounds like it is going to be a great business relationship. So you may try going that route.

I'm happy for ya,I wish I could hook up with a builder most peoplehere are just talkers and everybody wants what I do but don't want to pay the price at 15 sq ft.RI really sucks I still haven't found the right spot and its a small state.I get the work but its not steady enough,if I could get 20sq ft.it would be easier to get thru the down time but people kringe at the quote at 15 but I'll hang in there I'm determined to make this go.Thanks for your advice I appreciate it good luck to ya with that builder.
