How do you get the travertine effect? What methods do you use?

Hi Dion,

This is very simple, I have used WaltTools coralstone roller with gentle pressing.

Very Nice! how were you able to get your overlays depth so even all the way down the wall?

Third seam from the bottom was working line which I covered first.
This wall thickness is about half inch.
It is important handle edges so every stone is individual.

At 1/2 inch thick, did you get a bunch of cracking? Or did you use an overlay material that is designed to go on thin?

I have used thin concrete( 0-0.2 in ) and liquid polymers which give more binding to concrete.

This polymer work like glass fiber and cut down cracking.

Hello Esa- Nice focus on that edge detail. I noticed that right away, how you kept each piece distinct to really sell the illusion. Great work again, hope you're staying busy. Cheers!
