Just a quick note to everyone.  We finally have supply of the new Tru Pac version, version X.  This was actually one of our original mix designs prior to the current Tru Pac V. We brought it back to life with the growing popularity of thin vertical applications and customer requests.  Most vertical mixes, Trupac V included do not like thin applications, especially when warm weather hovers.  Once you get 1/2 inch and under, they are susceptible to more shrinkage cracks due to the quick water loss. Some mixes may due better than others but that is a side effect that can be bothersome.  When you try and use them for a plaster look and other similar effects, they just do not work well(or too well if you are looking for the super distressed look)

Enter Trupac X.  This highly versatile design can be put on as thin as 1/8 inch for those plaster looks and in the same breath manage several inches when wanted.  It really acts like a flatwork overlay as a tight, high strength mix, but one that you can carve so easily when called upon.  Perfect for that next shower job.....

I'm glad you explained this, Don, at first I was thinking that Trupac X was a new rapper, and I don't listen to that stuff!

Well, you may have to wait a while.  When working on the formula for the XXX version, we were raided by a black ops government agency who confiscated everything involved in it's production. They said it was just too advanced to be released to the general public and it was feared it could cause more world conflict.
