Block Job from Hell!
This is a great example of why cement retaining wall's are much nicer to do than block walls:)

To my VA friends I tried to get these folks to do a cement wall and car it. I would have actually made Money on a cement wall.

You are better for it...if anything your reputation is 5 stars in your area and you will be well prepared for the next project.... they lost out not you.
