nice rendering.  what colors did you use?  could you share with us your technique?  looks like it was quarried right out of the quincy quarries :)

Hi Paul, as you can see my other picture from this same album where is the natural granite versus ours, it look quite light gray but I have used about 8 to 10 different
colors. 4 to 6 different shade of gray/black and couple brown and couple pink.
All these paints are available thin with water and it is very important to use enough water so you don't block surface because it looks painted.
I have used ready mixed concrete paints or just base paint and mixed with color pigment.
As I mentioned that I have used 8 to 10 colors but I have to use these colors many times before I got perfect shade. It means about 20 times to round.
Every round change color so slight but little by little you see this change and it is done.
I have used different electric sprayer and small hand sprayers and different brushes.
This brush style I learned from JPJ Technologies. Let me know if you need to know more from this.

nice staining/painting. you should do a vie some day. i haven't seen this type of coloring. most stuff i see is sandstone colors. nice work!
