Good question dion!  I also wonder about the strength of the railing..it's not hard to bend rebar..and with the kind of leverage you can get with three feet sticking up, you gotta wonder how long it would take before there is cracking at the base!  Not picking on you jeff..just wondering for my own knowledge!

at 130 dollars for 20 lbs..and that will cover ten square feet at a 1/4 inch...that's pretty high!!..do you form everything from concrete first then cover it with the epoxy clay?
