Actually I didn't buy it this time...Don got, I think he paid just under 300 for the billet.  I sure he can set you up.

Jeff, look up EPS foam manufacturers in and around St.Louis. They usually come in different densities, for example 1.2, 1.4, 1.6 and 2lb. The higher the density in lbs, the stiffer  the foam. I find 1.6 lb is a happy medium. A block like Nathans is typically a half block. They usually come 4feet x 4feet by 16 feet.  you do not have to order a big block like that, they can usually cut you any custom size you want. I love using foam when it is suitable to do so.

LOL ...yah .... we are gonna make people wear diapers too.... plans have changed.... kiddy pool is smaller now and not all the way around..
