Chris

What colors did you use on this? Great color effects, very unique!

thanks Jody. i first went through and put 2 coats of Butterfields black element stain on. on the next day i used a spray pump and misted the floor with water and sprayed the white element stain in various places and then misted the areas with a watered down silicanized blue paint, then i just lightly blew the areas out with a compressor gun. they really turned out nice. it took me a lot of sample boards to get the technique down but once i figured it out, it turned out awesome.

Very cool indeed, great work. Is this wet or sealed/ If sealed what sealer do you use?

I have been seeing more and more of this kinda coloration. And I like it! Looks a little tricky tho. Hard to control?

I miss doing these kinds of overlays after seeing the work that you and Nathan Brownell have done recently. "everytime I get out, they keep bringing me back in" Lol Awesome job guys!
