$1000.00 for materials may be high but your labor is not.
Charge what ever it take to get in the door. What you don't want to have happen is have a builder get you to do a wall for X amount ( a really good price ) then say OK here's 3000 square feet.... Make sure that you can comfortably execute the task. At this stage just get in there for the much needed experience.

Frank, check out the photos that I uploaded of the finished tunnel. It's getting alottttttttt of attention. I can't wait to start on another project. Thanks for all of your help. I hope you enjoyed and learned alot. I have some on my walgreens album so call me and I'll give you the info to log in and pick what you want, and perhaps you could upload some of the ones you took into my album.

Thanks Frank. It was so much fun working with you. I hope there will be more opportunities. It really did turn out nice. Now all it needs is a train.
HI Frank, How's the concrete carving coming? I'm not quite ready to take the final photo of the train yet because the parts of the train for me to paint are still showing up. I will get you into my photos when I get those final afters taken. It turned out great.
Frank, It was good to see you at the open house. send me an e-mail to tammy@chebnyconstruction.com and I'll send you the password to my walgreens photos so you can check out what you want of the train tunnel.
Good day, I picked interest in you after going through your short profile and demanding it is necessary for me to write to you immediately. I have something very important to discuss with you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on (lagardechristine250@gmail.com) for full details. Have a nice day, Christine lagarde.
