Will this polymer from Home Depot work?

I been trying to make a cheap mix that can be purchase from local store because the shipping and freight cost so much ordering online.

I plan to use,

1.Portland clement

2. Sand

3. lime/ other aggregates i can find that are light weight.

3. a polymer 

4. Superplasizer 

1. My question will this polymer from home depot work?

2. Do i need anything else for just a basic vertical mix?
