Home value may be helped by man cave

There has been an increase recently in the number of people putting “man caves” in their residences. A man cave is a room wholly committed to the male head of the household, a sanctuary for the male to relax and refresh away from stylish sofas and pourris. Also, we have just added a small wine cellar to the man cave, which will be myself tearing out a full bath. Making it a half bath and a wine cellar with in the same sq ft.

I am seeing the same trend here in my neck of the woods. And I am going to control that market! Or atleast try........ :)
