Replicating wood or wood beams

I would like to hear what everyone has to say about creating wood beams, timbers, or rough cut lumber out of concrete. I would like to see a training video on this technique, carving and coloring. If I have missed a video, please let me know. Any advice and pics would be appreciated.

I am not trying to stand you up and not call. I have been very busy. I also have perchased your pro kit and 5 bags of the TruPac.
I was hoping others would give their ideas on how they replicate wood. We will see what else pops up in reply to the comment?

Dion, these beams are covered metal trusses. They are covered by 4mm plywood for the general size and shape and wraped in a metal lath. The material is made on site with pumice sand, PVA, fibers, calcium carbonate, and Portland cement. It took some trial and error to get it right. PVA was used as a bond coat as well as a additive. I work in in El Salvador and and packaged material is not readily available. The temp and humidity plays a big role.  Walt tools also played a BIG part.
