I am excited to get back in front of a class and be able to share some of my techniques. I am hoping to start teaching and consulting again after the show. I am putting together a website that will have all my info, schedules, etc... I plan on being able to go all over the country if needed. I will also be available for any…

This is a short auto biography of how Vertical Artisans came into existence.

It has been more than a ten year journey that has impacted my life physically, mentally and spiritually. I hope you enjoy reading it as it has been a delight for me to reflect and write it.

The year was 1982. Custom 77 auto re-builders was the name of the business and the job was… Continue

release agent

Nathan,
After using the release powder, do you wash it off. I've not seen you do this on any lesson. But the floor stampers wash off the release as far as I know.

Webinar Success!

After attending several of these online webinars it has got me thinking. Vertical concrete in it's self has definately come a long way in the ten or so years that I have been involved. Even though we are just getting our feet wet with thes "live discussions" I can see a definate trend towards learning, teaching and just getting the public to better understand what we as concrete artists do. I would encourage everyone on this network to, at the very least, sign in and listen. I think once we all… Continue

How Vertical Artisans works for us

My name is Mike Branch from St. Joe, Michigan. I've been a member to VA for a little over a year now. We've been selling decorative products for about 6 years. After watching the entire collection of training videos (many more than once), we jumped in and built a new sales counter last year. We were so excited by the customer response and the methods (alot funner than stamping) we coulndn't wait to do more. We are now committed to building a monument to showcase decorative concrete for everyone… Continue
